music for events

Musical accompaniment is a powerful communication tool.  Used correctly, live music is an important and enriching part of these social gatherings.
From wedding singers to Klezmer bands, to drum circles and other ensemble - each era, style, and taste s that is represented at these events evokes a unique mood and atmosphere.
We offer many possibilities for you to include live chamber music into your social gatherings: perhaps as a short performance during the course of the event, or as a concert with material that is selected particularly for the occasion, or as a background musical accompaniment.
On this page, we have collected some examples of programs that could be used as an appropriate musical accompaniment for an event.   Of course, we invite you to choose a program from our diverse menu of shows that suits your particular taste, style and event.

Popular Classical Tunes: Strauss waltzes, arrangements from musical theater, arias from well-known operas, instrumental pieces by Mendelsson, Grieg, Bach, and others.  Gershwin musical arrangements, Kurt Weill, Hebrew/Jewish classics and more…
World Folk Music: Spanish dances, Tango, folkdance music from Scotland and Ireland, Yiddish songs and cabaret, Jewish music, Israeli dances, Nordic dances.
Baroque Music:  Sonata trios, Suites, Dances, and Arias from the Baroque period by Bach, Talman, Handel, Pergolesi, Oswald, Vivaldi and others.
